Because M2 dr uses the Internet to back up files it's much more cost-effective cheaper than traditional tape drive solutions. It's also much more flexible. Complete backup solutions
Many backup solutions only concentrate on copying your files to a secure location but M2 dr creates a total disk image - a complete copy of your computer's system. As well as your working files the disk image contains all of your software applications, user settings, configuration files and drivers. So if you do end up having to recover data you won't need to spend days re-installing software. In fact most systems can be completely restored to their previous working state within 60 minutes.
Backups can be scheduled as often as you require and because M2 dr as an incremental backup solution they are quick and have very little impact on system performance. If you are concerned about data integrity you can relax because the highest banking-level security is employed to ensure your data stays private and secure. Our WebAccess interface means that system administrators can log on from any Internet-enabled machine, anywhere in the world, to change the settings or check on progress. M2 dr even has an automatic discovery mode that will ensure all of your network systems are backed up even if you forget to tell it to.
