We are pleased to announce the new arrival of Imran Rafiq starting at M2 Computing this month. Imran joins M2 as a Senior Service Desk Analyst in the helpdesk team resolving day to day issues and helping to implement new solutions. His responsibilities include providing technical support for servers, PC’s and Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Imran has over 10 years of experience working in the IT industry from Helpdesk support to Field Service Engineer. As a sociable IT geek, like the rest of the team, Imran enjoys his job simply because he likes helping people out. Outside of work, Imran is involved in a charity project overseas who provide clean water to those in need.

“I’ve worked with larger players in the past, but wanted to come back to a smaller company. It has a family feel and we like to get to know our customers, understanding what they require.  We can work behind the scenes at what we do best, whilst they can relax knowing their IT is in safe hands.” comments Imran.
